Product updates effective 1st May 2019
We're pleased to let you know that all products available to you via our digital platform - the Plum Online Portal, have updated policy wordings effective 1st May as part of our annual review.
The new wordings apply to all new business and renewals with an effective date of 01/05/2019 onwards.
Some of the key changes are:
- Unoccupied product – we now provide accident to domestic employees to buildings and/or contents risks as standard
- Update to cooling off period
- Update to data protection notice
- Notification of any planned works is extended to 30 days before the works commences (previously 14 days)
