Plum maintains top 5 position in Insurance Times Broker Service Survey 2017
The results of this year's Insurance Times Broker Service Survey are in and we're delighted to announce that our brokers have again rated us as one of the UK's top 5 personal lines insurers.
The survey findings are based entirely on confidential feedback from brokers rating us on a wide range of key indicators including; underwriting expertise, flexibility and quality of cover, the clarity of our policy wordings, claims fairness and speed of settlement and our e-trading options for brokers.

The result comes hot on the heels of us embedding Home Cyber cover into our new Amethyst (MNW) and Premier (HNW) products, and we're delighted that our ongoing commitment to individually underwriting each risk we see, of providing access to decision-makers and delivering high quality, responsive service have once again been recognised.
We've also recently been nominated as a finalist in this years Insurance Times Awards 'MGA Initiative of the Year' category with the winner announced in December.
