The results of our December Broker Feedback Survey are in!
A big thank you to all those of you who took part in our latest online survey last month – as always we really value your opinions and feedback.
We’re particularly delighted that, for the third survey in a row, 99% of you said that you were ‘likely’ or ‘very likely’ to recommend Plum to your customers and colleagues.
We're also pleased to report that in this survey 95% of you rated our speed of quote response ‘good’ or ‘excellent' up from 94% in June
In other areas the percentage of you rating us as 'good or excellent' was as follows:
- Overall service 95%
- Ability to access underwriting decision makers 92%
- Quality of documentation 92%
- Quality of claims service 92%
- Suitability of underwriting terms applied 90%
We also asked for your comments and suggestions across a variety of other areas and we’re working through your responses to see how, going forward, we can make our products and services even more effective and efficient for you and your clients.
