Alisha Waylen - Technical Manager

Alisha has been with Plum since 2008, joining from PlusOne Services where she was a household underwriter on the Hiscox direct account, and the Select & Protect account prior to that. Alisha’s primary responsibilities are to manage, review & update all our products, ensure all technical documentation is compliant, ensuring scheme and product underwriting guides are up to date and making sure our sub-coverholders are meeting their compliance requirements.

David Hole - Customer Liaison Officer

David joined Plum as Claims Manager in 2009. David has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years, with his experience ranging from group claims management at Churchill, to advising insurance and public sector clients on technical training and competency issues in the UK and Europe. David is now Plum' Customer Liaison Officer and responsible for Complaints.
